Great location, easy access to attractions. The wifi worked perfectly and was quite fast. Bed seems new and comfortable.

The apartment was not quite clean on our arrival. The bathroom had some dust and the bathtub was a bit stained.

Broadway was just a few steps away from the hotel. Liked that the venue was close to the train station, 5 minutes' walk. Would definitely recommend while traveling to New York City

The whole hotel feels lovely. A kitchen was an added bonus.

The location of the apartment is amazing, right in the heart of the New York Theatre District. It's within walking distance to many attractions, including Times Square, Central Park, and the Empire State Building. there are plenty of great restaurants in the area, although dining out can be expensive, with meals easily costing $50 without wine.

The cleanliness of the apartment leaves much to be desired, with dirty carpets, stained bed sheets, and peeling paint.

The location is excellent, accomodation is clean but very basic and could do with some TLC.

Cables and wires were hanging out of sockets, it would not meet UK standards.

Great place fantastically located in Time Square for shopping, entertainment, restaurants, facilities.Just what we needed for a long week-end between friends.

Great location - the apartment is literally 2 minutes walk from Times Square. Great if you want to go shopping. The apartment is quite comfortable with a bed in the bedroom and two futons that become beds in the lounge. It also has a small kitchen and a bathroom. The landlord got in touch as soon as we booked and made sure we had all the details of how to access the apartment etc.

A little bit of maintenance is needed ie. Some of the taps didnt work properly.

First of all, this location is not a hotel, but an appartement. It could be a great place, if a little service would exist.

Great location, close to major attractions and with easy access to transportation. the apartment was equipped with all the basic necessities such as towels and kitchen utensils. the check-in process was simple and efficient.

The advertised photos do not reflect the current state of the apartment, which was quite run down and in need of maintenance. the bathroom was cramped and had poor ventilation.

Location was great. Bit expensive though. Erin was helpful and helped us to keep our luggage for extended time. Overall will recommend for family with kids who wants to avoid crampy hotel room.

the space of each room, the kitchen was very great, the balcony, the air conditionning

the shower was broken, it was very tough to close the faucet

Great location, no problem accessing the building upon arrival,apartment was clean and more spacious than expected.

Two flights of stairs is my only complaint,but I was aware of them before I arrived.
